Avinash is a Deep Learning Data Scientist at NVIDIA, focused on scaling AI applications on large clusters. Previously, she was a Machine Learning Engineer at a Biomedical Imaging startup where she developed a wide range of supervised, semi-supervised, and generative models to successfully train robust deep learning models now deployed in multiple medical institutes. Avinash holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, focused on Machine Learning, and Multimedia Systems.
Suchismita is a Data Scientist at NVIDIA focusing on solving Conversational AI and Deep Learning challenges for customers and Profiling and Optimization of Deep Learning workloads. Prior to joining NVIDIA, her research focused on Speech Recognition and Natural Language processing. Suchismita holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California focused on Machine Learning and Data Science.
Mehrnaz is a data scientist at NVIDIA focusing on training and inference of AI models at scale. Before joining NVIDIA, she worked on time series and graph structures in NLP and RecSys in the networking and retail industries. Mehrnaz has a Ph.D. in Machine Learning and a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University of Illinois.
Amit Kumar works as a Senior Solutions Architect - Deep Learning at NVIDIA. He completed his B. Tech in 2010 from IIT Guwahati. He has previously worked at HP Research Lab, VMware, EFI and got the opportunity to complete internships at Google as a Summer of Code student, Indian Statistical Institute Kolkata, Technical University of Braunschweig Germany. He has 7 patents in the areas of Deep learning, NLP, Classical Machine Learning, statistical modelling, Industry 4.0, and 3D printing. His areas of interest include NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Statistical Learning, ASR, TTS, GPUs, accelerated computing, AI for Industry 4.0, AI for Healthcare, AI for Robotics.
