Introduction

Date: April 28, 2020
Time: 8:00am – 9:00am PT
Duration: 1 hour

Join us for this webinar as we explore how to architect the most effective virtual workstation environment. Manufacturing companies are turning to virtualization while working remote and can take advantage of several benefits, including how to:

  • Enable engineers to easily access multiple customer design environments from a single workstation.
  • Simplify management of the client computing environment.
  • Improve utilization and reduce overall cost of computing resources.
  • Keep sensitive files and data secure in order to protect important IP.
  • Increase flexibility and availability for engineers to work remotely.

By joining this webinar, you’ll learn:
  • Recommendations for sizing based on performance data, as well as real-world examples.
  • How DENSO International America, one of the largest global automotive suppliers of advanced technology, systems, and components, implements powerful virtual workstations as their teams work from home.
  • About requirements gathering, solution analysis, benchmarking, and user testing techniques that DENSO implemented to define a virtual workstation configuration that meets the needs of their CAD users.
