Duration: 1 hour

Financial services companies are under pressure to provide efficient, personalized 24/7 customer service while enhancing their customers’ experience. To address these demands, businesses are deploying intelligent virtual assistants in the form of voice-enabled digital agents that save time for customers and human agents by offering effective customer self-service and improving customer satisfaction scores. Building a highly scalable intelligent virtual assistant with state-of-the-art speech recognition that learns from conversations with customers, detects customer preferences, makes personalized recommendations, and engages with customers in real time and with an expressive voice is not an easy task. NVIDIA’s Intelligent Virtual Assistant reference application, built with NVIDIA Riva and available with NVIDIA AI Enterprise, provides a flexible, fully customizable solution that seamlessly integrates with financial service workflows.

By joining this webinar with hands-on demos, you’ll learn how to:
  • Build a simple but complete voice-enabled, microservice-based intelligent virtual assistant for customer/employee workflows at contact centers
  • Customize speech recognition for your specific domain use case and speech synthesis for brand voice reflecting your company identity
  • Deploy, scale, and monitor a fleet of intelligent virtual assistants on a cloud for efficient, high-quality, 24/7 service
