Bringing AI into Biomedicine

The recent surge in quantitative biomedical data enables us to use deep learning-based technologies for disease classification, diagnosis, the detection of biological mechanisms, and much more. Companies like Google and IBM Watson have started to invest heavily in biomedical research, using their state of the art AI algorithms to advance their work. In this webinar replay the Centre for Molecular Neurobiology in Hamburg (ZMNH) will explain how they are using deep learning to generate realistic biological data, powered by NVIDIA’s DGX-1.

Learn where and how deep learning is applied in biomedicine. The webinar will cover how to train and use reproducible deep learning workflows with large biological data sets on NVIDIA’s DGX-1.

In this webinar replay , you’ll learn:
  1. About potential applications of using deep learning to tackle problems inBiomedical Systems Biology.
  2. How leading research teams use DGX-1 to train and evaluate our models using quantitative Biomedical Data.
